  If I can give zero star I will definitely do it!!!!Worse shopping experience ever! I will definitely complain to their head office. The Shop manger Peter and staff Josh are rude.

  Places like this is why internet shopping will never replace storefront. Friendly service everytime. Recently had a fault product and they were helpful in getting it sent off for repairs and looking after me.

  Britney [Brittany?] in home was wonderful and it was a pleasure to be upsold to a better model. Anna at the counter was patient and funny, delightful to deal with and Christine [Christina?] in Telco is down to earth and charming in the best way. What a great store, they work like a team and it's a pleasure to shop there.

  this outlet is larger than it looks (from the outside). huge range, pretty well stocked, and very friendly and helpful staff.

  They don't know what is customer service, never follow up if they have no stock, you have to call and ask them and arrange everything by yourself, because they WON'T give u any call.
