    I have always found the staff very helpful and well mannered. They have been great at helping me with all aspects of my business and personal banking, including overseas payments

    Worst bank i've encountered, feeding us piece meals everytime we face an issue. Gone into the bank 3 times just to set up an account, long waits each time. Director needed to visit a branch to sign documents to authorize himself for telephone banking, ridiculous procedures. Definitely switching banks.

    The worstcustomer service I have ever experienced....I simply asked one question and the lady on reception shrugged and replied i don't know.....so why she was standing there....
