  Extremely rude staff, even tho it's close to closing time - you still have a duty to your customers. Putting a smile on your dial and speaking politely won't kill you. I would give less stars, however the previous time I went into this shop, the young guy that was on duty Josh I think his name is, was very polite and helpful - which upped your rating by 2 full stars. Would definitely not return, if your looking to do anything at the counter in the post office.. just go elsewhere. Seriously, don't even bother.

  Short older lady with short hair and bad colour... she needs to realise she is in customer service industry. She speaks to you as if she is your boss, teacher or parent. Quite rude although not necessary wrong. Can be helpful but only if you are super nice to her. Who is the customer here?? I hate having to come here to pick up my parcel.

  Popped in to grab stamps and mail my letters and staff was very helpful at the self-service station. Very new and updated services. Haven't tried counters so can't comment.

  After queuing for some time, I was asked if I could come back later when they were not so busy, when all I wanted was a photo of a shipping docket that was in a stack of 20 or so - right in front of the clerk. I had to raise my voice and create a scene before the manager intervened and retrieved the docket for me - in about 30 seconds.
